ABOUT ME

With over 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, I have led regulatory conflict resolution and productive development across nearly all regions of Peru.

My training as an economist from Universidad del Pacífico and my Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School provide high-level economic and strategic perspective.

This is complemented by my current role as President of the Specialized Chamber for the Elimination of Bureaucratic Barriers at INDECOPI (renewed 2024–2029), where I directly resolve hundreds of disputes between the State and companies under permanent public scrutiny.

As an independent arbitrator, I accept only appointments that guarantee my full independence and impartiality throughout the entire arbitral process.

My goal is to deliver solid, equitable, and highly practical awards.
